To access your purchase(s) you need to be logged into your account. Once logged in you access your purchase(s) through “downloads” under your My Account section.
You absolutely can. There is no limit on how many times you can download your purchases.
In order to make purchases you need to have an account with Simply Printit. To create an account, simply go to the My Account/Log In page and select create an account.
At this time Simply Printit offers only digital downloads and does NOT offer printing services. You can choose to print your purchase at home, taking into consideration what you are printing and using the best paper for you needs. For example photographs/wall art work best on photopaper, greeting cards and invitations work best with a heavier weight paper such as card stock, and planner pages and worksheets work best on regular paper.
You can also choose to take your purchased files to a printing service such as Staples, Walgreens, UPS, Kinkos, ect or you can upload/email your purchased files to an online printing service such as Shutterfly.
If you have any questions about what paper or services would be best for purchase, its best to contact the shop owner to see what they recommend for their specific products.
You may need a PDF viewer as most products come in PDF or JPEG files, although some shops may offer more than these formats.
If you have a problem with a product that you purchased, its best to first get in contact with the shop owner that you purchased from. Each shop creates their own products and provides support for these products. You may also be able to find the answer to your questions in the FAQ or in Troubleshooting Common Issues.
